How do I add a new Unit/Device?
All devices and mobile download subscriptions will be automatically added to your Peoplesafe Portal account. This is a default action that happens before any devices are shipped or mobile downloads are activated.
How do I assign a Unit/Device to a User?
From the 'Home' page, click 'Manage Users' then 'Existing User Details'. Search for the user in the search box and click on the 'View Units' icon in order to link a unit to a user. Please note that you are not able to link a unit which has already been linked.
NOTE: 'Not Assigned' means the Unit is not currently linked to any users.
How do I de-link a device?
From the 'Home' page, select 'Manage Units', select 'Existing Units', locate the unit serial number from the list provided.
Click on the 'man with a mobile phone icon'. A box will appear asking you to confirm this - select Yes.
The device will now be un-linked from the user.
